FLAT RATE SHIPPING
In an attempt to keep shipping charges as low as possible, all orders regardless of size will be sent via USPS in the continental United States for a flat rate charge of $2.95. Most deliveries should be expected within a week, but could take up to 2 weeks to arrive. RETURN POLICY
TheThe ScribbleBooks Company wants you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we will issue a refund provided the merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of the shipping date and it is received by us in the same condition in which we shipped it to you. Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and immediately measure it against your standards for customer satisfaction, as we will
not
accept returns on book sets that have been scribbled in or otherwise handled to the degree that they are no longer in shipped-out condition. However, if damage to our product occurs in transit, we will happily exchange the damaged product for a duplicate title. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please consider insuring your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card and are eligible for a refund, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
